These terms describe the agreement for using Jobtocash and the responsibilities that apply.

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Jobtocash, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Jobtocash is operated by JOBTOCASH LTD; questions can be sent to hello@jobtocash.co.uk.
2. Service description
Jobtocash is a management platform for UK trade businesses, including job scheduling, invoicing, customer records, time tracking and reports.
3. User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify Jobtocash promptly about unauthorised account use.
4. Data protection
Personal data is processed in line with the Jobtocash Privacy Policy and applicable law, including UK GDPR.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Some features require a paid subscription. You can cancel at any time, and paid access continues until the current billing period ends.
6. Limitation of liability
Jobtocash is provided as is without warranties. Jobtocash is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
7. Changes to terms
These terms may be updated to reflect service or legal changes. Changes will be posted in the product or sent by email where appropriate. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
